Watch a 5-minute video each day to learn how to use a CGM and identify simple ways to lower your blood sugar levels.

 You will be guided through a series of experiments to learn how your blood sugar responds to the choices you make.

Small changes make a BIG difference to your health, how you feel, and your ability to lose weight. Reclaim your health with the help of a CGM and the guidance you'll receive.

About

Greg is a board certified Health and Wellness Coach and has worked in the disease prevention and weight loss field for more than 25 years. He worked as a Registered Dietitian at the Duke Diet & Fitness Center, on the Biggest Loser Club, and as a faculty member with Wellcoaches, Inc, He co-owns PIVOT X Coach Training, Ltd and has been a trainer for the National Diabetes Prevention Program since 2016. Greg co-wrote the book Coach Yourself Thin (Rodale Press).
